Sage at Franklin Park
Technology Infrastructure From Rough-In to Finish
Armada Solutions supported the Sage at Franklin Park project through multiple phases of construction, installing and troubleshooting the low-voltage infrastructure that connects the property's technology systems.
The work included structured cabling, multi-building fiber infrastructure, surveillance camera cabling and installation, access-control wiring, card-reader infrastructure, wireless access-point cabling, network and equipment-room work, and connectivity for specialty systems.
Working alongside the general contractor, electricians and other project partners, Armada adapted to changing construction conditions, coordinated pathways and equipment locations, and carried the installation from early field infrastructure through finished devices, labeled data connections and system troubleshooting.
From rough-in and pathway work during construction to finished devices and labeled network connections, Armada's field team worked through multiple stages of the Sage at Franklin Park technology buildout.

Armada Solutions LLC was established in 2017. Our work is led from the field, with hands-on experience spanning structured cabling, fiber, IP networking, wireless communications, surveillance, VoIP and integrated business technology.
Under Kenneth Nunn’s field leadership, Armada handles projects from planning and installation through testing, commissioning, documentation and customer support. The goal is straightforward: understand the site, install it correctly, verify the result and leave behind a system that can actually be supported.
That experience includes commercial projects in veterinary clinics, retail and business environments, telecommunications spaces, new construction and existing facilities.
